Blue Stone Revival

Hailing from Meshoppen, PA, the duo Blue Stone Revival is made up of Dan Fassett and Joe Tewksbury. Both were born and raised in the Meshoppen area. They have carried on a diverse musical partnership for over fifty years. Their set lists are made up of a potpourri of Americana influenced offerings, including original songs that are inspired by the beauty, grandeur and history of the Susquehanna River and Endless Mountains region. Their music is designed as a participatory event that encourages improvisational audience sing-a-longs and percussive support. You supply the hand claps, and Dan will provide boxes of percussion from bells and whistles to tambourines and triangles. Both Dan and Joe are accomplished multi-instrumentalists, and intersperse their music with tales and stories about their Northeast Pennsylvania heritage
